The Austrian open data community published a whitebook on open data in Austria.

The Austrian open data community has published a whitebook describing the current status of PSI re-use and open government data in Austria, as well as giving advice on how to move forward.

Martin Kaltenböck and Thomas Thurner who also were responsible for the successful Open Data conference in Vienna last June are the editors.

The book covers

  • Analysis of the Austrian situation and challenges involved
  • Open Government Data guideline for Austria
  • A resource section
