INSPIRE: Commission closes 2 cases

Commission closed the cases on INSPIRE with Malta and Slovakia


Brussels: 18 March 2010

The European Commission Secretariat-General has published the recent Commission Decisions regarding the Application of Community law on the 18th March 2010. The report shows that the European Commission has closed the cases against Malta and The Republic of Slovakia. The INSPIRE Directive came into force in all European Union Member States on the 15th May 2009.

The European Commission has opened 23 cases with Member States of which 19 are still open and 4 have been closed.
