The European Forum of Official Gazettes has announced the publication of the 2009 edition of Access to legislation in Europe: Guide to the legal gazettes and other official information sources in the European Union and the European Free Trade Association. (ISBN 978-92-78-40510-6, 244 pages)
The announcement states:
This guide is primarily intended for professional readers working in the field of legislative information but may also be of interest to those, inside or outside the legal profession, wanting to access European and foreign legislation. The guide consolidates and makes publicly available the information on legislative sources in Europe (legal gazettes/official journals, official collections of consolidated legislation, official databases) which the Publications Office of the European Union has gathered in the framework of its activities as the secretariat of the European Forum of Official Gazettes. The book covers the following legal systems: - the European Union (EU) - the 27 EU Member States - the European Economic Area (EEA) - the four Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).
