APIE reports on PSI Asset lists

The French Agence du patrimoine immatériel de l’État (APIE) has announced that the directory information public economic and financial ministries is now online and joins a small but growing list of government bodies that have provided a simple asset list on their holdings of public sector information as required under the European Union Directive 2003/98/EC.

- Ministère de la justice
- Ministère du travail, des relations sociales, de la famille, de la solidarité et de la ville
- Ministère de l'alimentation, de l'agriculture et de la pêche
- Ministère de la santé et des sports
- Ministère de l'Économie, de l'Industrie et de l'Emploi
The APIE announcement states:
“The directory information public economic and financial ministries is online. Organized by theme and type of information it presents the information produced by government departments and economic and financial conditions specific to access and reuse. It is updated and expanded regularly.
This directory is part of the Act of July 17, 1978, which enshrines the right to reuse information public. Responding to such action.”
The Centre de documentation Économie-Finances states:
“This directory of corporate public information was developed to meet the laws, which provide a right of re-use of public information. Information is available by subject and type of information. When an electronic format is available, a link is provided in the leaflet.”
