Javier Hernández-Ros, is the ePSIplatform PSI Guest Blogger for this month. Javier is the Head of Unit, Access to Information, DG Information Society and Media, European Commission (since June 2002). This unit co-ordinates the ‘EU Digital libraries’ initiative and promotes legal initiatives to support the development of the digital content industry, most notably the ‘EU Pubic Sector Information Re-use Directive 2003/98’.
