Reactions to the proposed policy options for geographic information from Ordnance Survey in the UK

On the 23rd December 2009 the UK Department for the Communities and Local Government (DCLG) initiated a consultation on the proposals for the provision of free data from the Ordnance Survey. The consultation closes on the 17th March 2010. Two documents were published as part of the consultation:

  1. The consultation document titled: Policy options for geographic information from Ordnance Survey Consultation. ISBN: 978 1 4098 2100 7. Date: December 2009. Pages: 91.
  2. An Impact Assessment titled: Policy options for geographic information from Ordnance Survey – Consultation - Impact Assessment, ISBN: 978 1 4098 2125 0, 28 pages.

The consultation has two weeks more to run and further responses and observations have been published:
