The UK Government publishes response to EC PSI Directive Consultation questionnaire

The UK Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) has published the UK Governments official response to the European Commission (EC) consultation on the implementation and impact of Directive 2003/98/EC questionnaire. The UK Government response includes the recently published Report on Re-use of Public Sector Information 2008. The UK Governments response and in particular the answers to questions 7 and 8 provide a fair indication as to what next needs to be done within Europe to ensure the Directive 2003/98/EC meets its objective.
