UK Parliament EU Scrutiny committee clears the Commission Communication on PSI Directive

The UK Parliament European Union scrutiny committee has published a report in which it states that the committee has cleared with out comment the European Commission Communication of the reuse of public sector information Directive. A report from the UK Office of Public Sector Information (not published) is believed to have provided a report to the committee. The Committee report states:
“PART II: DOCUMENTS WHICH HAVE CLEARED SCRUTINY IN THE HOUSE OF LORDS
i. Documents cleared from scrutiny by the Chairman of the Committee on 2 and 9 June 2009.
Documents deposited under Titles V or VI of the Treaty on European Union (the Inter-governmental Pillars) are marked (P).
NOTE: Documents cleared as un-numbered documents, on the basis of the Government explanatory memorandum alone, are included in this list. After the document has been deposited in Parliament they are shown in this list with an asterisk (*) with a note indicating when they were cleared.
